Have your Materials Delivered by Headwater Management trucks?
Delivery price includes curbside or driveway unloading. A safe unrestricted open area where large vehicles travel, to protect your property and our truck. Our driver and the person receiving is responsible for damages incurred on site. Some restrictions from unloading safely include tree branches, ground grade, utilities, curbs, sidewalks.
Before we can deliver, payment is required: cash, credit or debit card or cheque payment is a customer has an account with Headwater Management. Payment can be made in person, or over the phone. When payment is completed, an invoice will be sent to you.
Delivery charges and credit card processing fees apply if the material is delivered, not unloaded at the destination and returned. Credit card processing and restocking fees apply to refunds.
We can deliver 2 complementary products in the same truck for a single delivery charge. The truck can be loaded layered or smaller product amounts placed side-by-side in the bed of the truck but they will be mixed. Multiple bobtail loads of the same or different products delivered to the same location receive a multi-load delivery discount.
Most alleyways and backyards restrict us from accessing and unloading safely and are not allowed. Dangers include power lines, tree branches, curbs, sidewalks, ground levels, utilities.
Additional unloading fees are a not available minimum charge. Additional standby time: not available per minute.
Delivery distance is calculated from the Headwater Management yard at 175 Harbour Avenue in North Vancouver.
